Bullish is looking for makers to join our multi-disciplinary crew.

Bullish is one-part consumer investment, one-part brand agency. It’s staffed by traditional agency expats who are in pursuit of the remarkable. We have experience at places you know, but we’ve also worked at boutique studios, in-house brands and production companies, which is probably why we’re drawn to a different way of doing things. Practically speaking, we work with both start-ups and bigger brands having start-up moments.

We believe in the power of creativity to shape the brands of tomorrow. And in a world of disposability, we aim to make things that last. Our creative approach goes deep to build cohesive, flexible systems that form a more holistic brand experience and create meaningful, lasting change.

Sound like something you want to be a part of? Let's chat.

We're looking for a studio wizard with experience working for an established advertising or design agency.

You understand brands. You think in systems naturally. And, you enjoy working on a wide range of projects while, at the same time, being incredibly detail-oriented. Once you are here you will do the following:

Work within existing campaign/brand systems to deliver production-ready assets

Execute deliverables for print and OOH campaigns

Build assets for social and digital campaigns

Design content for Bullish marketing

We’re looking for a conceptually strong creative with a copywriting background — someone who is motivated, resilient and optimistic.

You’ll do many things here, but you should be especially good at (and have relevant experience with) these ones:

Generate campaign ideas that are strategically sound and creatively exciting

Turn campaign ideas into great TV/OLV scripts and headlines

Practice and enjoy different types of writing — from video and radio scripts, to social campaigns, to brand naming and brand voice work

Work effectively with a team of Art Directors and Designers (not just one consistent partner) to craft remarkable work

Take direction and feedback well, working both collaboratively with Creative Directors and also independently when required
